This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA) (E60ZH-2100LS), Stream 5 -Training delivery for Intermediate Instructors. All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.
The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA (LSSA) Suppliers.
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to prepare and deliver training for the BFEC. Services include on-site ground school instruction to new Flight Engineer (FE) students who have not yet specialized on a specific operational airframe. Services shall take place at 426 (T) Squadron (Sqn), located in 8 Wing, Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Ontario.
The requirement is for two (2) Intermediate Instructors.
The Work is to be performed during the period of 2023-01-01 to 2024-03-31, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) 1-year period.
Up to 2 Contracts may be awarded to fulfill the requirement. The responsive bidders with the lowest and second lowest total evaluated price for EACH category will be recommended for award of a contract.
At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
(a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;
