Solicitation SPE7L7-26-Q-2499 is a Request for Quotations issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime for the procurement of four Valve Regulated Lead Acid sealed Type I storage batteries, NSN 6140-01-689-5794, specifically Concorde Battery Corporation part number RG-390E. This is a firm fixed price requirement with a delivery timeline of 60 days after order. The items are designated as critical application items with a non-extendable shelf life of 12 months. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the point of origin, with DCMA inspection limited to kind, count, and condition. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including sampling per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 and packaging according to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Because the batteries are hazardous materials, the vendor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet and certify the shipment using a HAZDEC form. Award will be based on the best value to the government, evaluating price, offered delivery, and past performance. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
