**Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.**
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: fuels reduction and wildlife habitat improvement by mechanically removing/shredding standing live and dead pinyon and juniper trees and saplings, as well as service berry, oak and Maple shrub species with a wheeled or tracked mechanical mulching/shredder (Bullhog) on 1,141 acres of USFS land near Indianola, UT (north of Fairview) by December 15th, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: There will be no site visit for this project, it is strongly recommended that each potential bidder ensure that he/she has a complete understanding of the requirements of this project. Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and determine all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: September 15th, 2026 - December 15th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
