The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified Beer, Cider, Seltzer, and Wine Suppliers in accordance with the specifications and general terms and conditions listed in this Request for Proposal. Examples of the Type of Events in which Beer, Cider, Seltzer, and Wine Product & Equipment Services will be needed may include but are not limited to National Headliner and Regional Concerts, Family Movie Nights, Farmers Markets, Music in the Park, SpringFest, Street Fairs, Holiday Events, and more. Location, Dates, time of events, and required services/equipment are to be determined at a later date. The City will award a Contract to the Supplier(s) whose offer represents the “best value” to the City, price, and other factors considered. The City reserves the right to award a contract to multiple suppliers or a single supplier, or to make no award, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
