The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, via the W074 Endist Wilmington office, has issued a Total Small Business Set-Aside contract for custodial services at the B. Everett Jordan Dam in Moncure, North Carolina, under solicitation W912PM26QA014. The contract, awarded under the Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, requires the selected contractor to deliver comprehensive cleaning and facility maintenance services in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement, OSHA regulations, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 safety standards. Performance spans a nine-month base period beginning June 1, 2026, with four optional one-year extensions through February 2031, and all work must be performed using green or biodegradable cleaning products, ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 high-visibility apparel, and approved Safety Data Sheets.
