BF73061-Bridge Replacement and Other Work

The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 has issued Request for Tender BR-32-0056 for the replacement of bridge BF73061 over Jackfish Creek. The project involves the removal and disposal of an existing two-span treated timber deck and girder bridge and the installation of a new single-span 14-meter prestressed girder bridge. Key construction activities include driving galvanized and plain steel H-piles, installing abutment caps with stiffener plates, placing heavy rock riprap, and completing roadway work such as backfilling, installing TL-2 low height thrie beam bridgerails, and applying crushed aggregate surfacing.
