The contract, referenced under solicitation number SN75H70926BAO_059 and classified under NAICS code 221210, is valued at $85,200 and will run from July 25, 2026, to July 24, 2027. The procuring agency, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, has determined that competitive procedures are unnecessary and impractical, and this notice serves only as a public announcement, not a solicitation for bids. Interested parties may respond by June 23, 2026, with evidence demonstrating that competition would be advantageous and not cost or time prohibitive, but the government retains full discretion to proceed without competition and will not reimburse any costs associated with submissions.
