CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL RECORDS OFFICE, Parish of St. Charles, 15045 River Road, Courthouse 3rd Floor, Hahnville, Louisiana, 70057, either by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, or hand delivered, or electronically submitted at www.centralbidding.com, no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on June 30, 2026.  Promptly thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL RECORDS OFFICE, Parish of St. Charles, 15045 River Road, Courthouse 3rd Floor, Hahnville, Louisiana, 70057.
