NOTICE TO BIDDERS     Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, for the annual bid for securing Crushed Limestone and Rip Rap for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.   The bid period begins on October 1, 2026 and continues through September 30, 2027.   BID FILE NO: 27-300-001      Annual Bid for Crushed Limestone and Rip Rap   Specifications are on file in the Office of Procurement, DeSoto County Administration Building, 365 Losher Street, 320, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. Information concerning this bid can also be found on the Procurement Page @desotocountyms.gov or from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com for a fee.  All bids must comply with the specifications provided.
