Town of Kingston Main Street Over Powwow River Bridge Replacement Kingston, New Hampshire Sealed proposals for the Main Street Over Powwow River Bridge Replacement project in Kingston, New Hampshire will be received at the Kingston Town Hall in the Town of Kingston, NH ("OWNER"), 163 Main Street, Kingston, New Hampshire, until October 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. The Bid Opening is scheduled for October 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Kingston Town Hall at 163 Main Street, Kingston, New Hampshire. The Main Street Over Powwow River Bridge Replacement involves replacement of an existing bridge crossing with a precast concrete, rigid frame structure for a stream crossing on the Powwow River. The work includes mobilization and general conditions; site preparation and erosion control; water diversion structure; replacement of culvert and installation of wing walls; regrading; paving; slope protection; loaming and seeding; and complete restoration of all properties, public and private, affected by the construction activities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security made payable to the Town of Kingston in an amount of 5% of Bidder’s Bid price and shall be in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements included in the General Conditions of the contract.
