ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID     Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of Rapides Parish School Board, 619 Sixth Street, P.O. BOX 7117, Alexandria, Louisiana 71306, until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026 for:   "Purchase of Paper Supplies" - RPSB BID NO. FS 30-26-27 “Purchase of Cleaning Supplies” – RPSB BID NO. FS 33-26-27   After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the proposals will be publicly opened and read by the Executive Committee and/or staff of the Rapides Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of any bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time (11:00 A.M., May 28, 2026) will be returned unopened.   Complete Bid Documents may be obtained from Central Bidding – www.centralauctionhouse.com (fees may be associated with the use of this site). Or documents can be requested by email to: purchasingdept@rpsb.us or kathy.baden@rpsb.us   Awards will not be made on the date of the proposal opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.   The Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for just cause.
