Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Strategic Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT) is hereby informing interested parties that the SMDC/ARSTRAT, Space Electronic Warfare Detachment/Big Crow Program Office (SEWD/BCPO), at Kirtland AFB, NM, will not proceed to pu blish a requirement to support the project entitled âBig Crow Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetics General Support.â? No request for proposal will be synopsized at this time. The current contracts with EWA/JV and Syndetix, Inc. are being extended for a period of three years. A Justification and Approval has been approved for an extension of these two contracts due to real world activities. In addition, it is difficult to determine if funding would be available if an acquisition were to be undert aken at this time. It is anticipated that this requirement may change substantially or be transferred or cancelled. A synopsis will be published later when it is determined what future requirements are necessary beyond April 2007, if any.
