The purpose of this RFP is to obtain static and/or digital LED billboards for advertising purposes on St. Lucie County-owned property located along Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike roadways for the purpose of revenue generation. The Successful Proposer will design, construct, install, manage, and maintain the billboards at their own cost in turn for a portion of the advertisement revenue payable to the County for the term of the agreement. It is the intent of the County to sign an agreement with a successful proposer for an initial term of ten (10) years, with two (2) optional five (5)-year renewal terms at the sole discretion of the County.
