Full Description
The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, NM is requesting for four (4) bio hood (biological safety cabinet) recertifications and inspections. There are Three (3) bio hoods at NNMC and one 1 (one) at Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZ) facility. The bio hoods are required to be certified semiannual (twice-yearly) for proper operation.
The purpose of this amendment is solely to provide the Government’s responses to questions received from prospective offerors. The Questions and Answers are incorporated into the solicitation by this amendment.
Service Contract Act WD # 2015 - 5445 has been added to the attachments.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
