The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is seeking information from potential vendors capable of supplying Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems and Biosense Webster Inc. cardiovascular procedural packages, which include FDA-approved implants, instrumentation sets, and ancillary accessories required for surgical procedures. Vendors must be able to deliver these packages through three distinct methods: Just-In-Time, where a field representative brings products directly to the medical facility just before surgery; Direct Vendor Delivery, where orders placed via ECAT are shipped directly to the customer; and Consignment, where products are stored at the facility and billed upon use, requiring the manufacturer to have a qualified representative on-site as dictated by the medical facility’s needs. Technical support must be available 24/7, and representatives are expected to provide real-time guidance to physicians before, during, and after implantation. This is a Request for Information, not a solicitation, and the U.S. Government is under no obligation to proceed with a contract, award, or reimbursement of response costs.
