Full Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit for additional Contractors to add to the already established State of Minnesota Contract for bituminous materials to be laid-in-place. This new solicitation includes traffic control for night work. The Contract(s) awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State of Minnesota Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. All existing Contracts will remain in place and will maintain their current scope of work and county coverage. Existing Contractors may respond to this RFP, to propose on additional counties or traffic control for night work.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at contact@example.gov by January 31, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
