BL140-26, Construction of Gwinnett County Fire Station #14

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the construction and rebuild of Gwinnett County Fire Station 14, located at 1600 Buford Highway NE, Buford, Georgia. The project involves replacing an aging facility of approximately 13,000 square feet, which currently includes the former Police North Precinct facility. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the selected contractor must complete the work within the allowable calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.
