The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into an award with Oak Hill Genetics, LLC in Ewing, IL and and Thomas D. Morris, Inc, in Reisterstown, MD, on a basis of other than full and open competition. The Multi-Award of a quantity Blanket Purchase Agreement is to Oak Hill Genetics and Thomas D. Morris, to conduct in vivo pig experiments that would require 4 to 6 Porcine 25 to 30 Kg Castrated Male Yorkshire swine per month. The period of performance is 12 months (October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements.
