Request NAVFAC FEAD proceed to execute the B1580 fire alarm project that was prepared by Summer Consultants in ~2017-2019. Request fire alarm scope and design be updated based on current code requirements and UFC's. Note: This work was originally requested by NSWCDD under WR-16-1-378, however, the fire alarm scope was never executed due to funding limitations. Justification : Fire alarm upgrades are required in order to bring the existing building into compliance with current code requirements to include C02 detection
