FY26 P2P Add equipment on roof top for redundancy cooling for facility. Requested to replace ALL 15-year-old HVAC equipment in B2855. Several issues last Fall with system under performing. Project requested by PWO. System may require NEW DESIGN for building transformed into a 3 story SCIF with little HVAC review or funding. Facility has 49,464. S.F.
