Full Description
The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment,transportation, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete the B52 Window Replacement project.The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strictaccordance with the drawings and specifications to replace 186 windows around the North elevation of Building 52 at Fort leavenworth. Additionally, 6 “non-standard” lunette/multi lite windows will be repaired and 15 mechanical openings that will be replaced or repaired in-kind with MAPES Panels or louvers. B52 is ahistoric building and all work must conform to the Secretary of Interior’s standard and guidelinesfor rehabilitation of historic properties.
