The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96 (effective 6 November 2017). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. No solicitation is being issued or requested at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or after 2 February 2018. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation package, which will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website at http://www.fbo.gov at that time. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database along with having completed Online Representations and Certifications, or his/her proposal will not be considered. Further information on SAM website is available at https://www.sam.gov Department of the Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, 149th Mission Support Group, will solicit for a Firm Fixed Price contract at Joint Base San Antonio (BSA) Lackland AFB, TX. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. Project includes all work necessary to remove and replace HVAC system at Building 930, 149th Fighter Wing, JBSA Lackland AFB, TX. Work also includes removal of existing HVAC system and install new HVAC system. The existing chiller, air compressor and refrigerated air dryer will be removed in its entirety. The new HVAC system will consist of equally sized heat pump split systems. Work will include HVAC, ductwork, electrical, and all finish work needed to give a complete and usable product. All work shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), all Federal, State and local laws, and regulations.
