This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents. Please see the attached Scope of Work (SOW) PR 2026-0211 for detailed project requirements.
Project Description:
The U.S. Army Garrison at Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for a construction project, "B104 Garrison Consolidation." The scope of this project involves the repair and renovation of an existing office building to consolidate multiple Garrison departments into a single, cohesive entity on the first floor of Building 104. The primary goal is to improve operational efficiency and space utilization.
The project will cover approximately 13,290 square feet and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Complete demolition, minor asbestos and lead abatement, and disposal.
- Construction of new open and private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and a nursing room.
- Installation of new walls, doors, and partial floor finishes.
- Repair of approximately 9,510 square feet of reflected ceiling tiles.
