Full Description

The Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration intends to issue a Sole Source order with Bloomberg Finance, LLC for Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF). Market research was conducted and it has been determined there is only one responsible source for our requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services being sought are electronic access to the latest analysis and analytical tools regarding the clean energy markets. Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) is the leading provider of research, data, and news for the clean energy, energy smart technologies, and environmental commodity markets. BNEF is the most comprehensive source of renewable energy data and analysis, and has developed relationships within the renewable energy community that have positioned BNEF to create proprietary models, indices, and benchmarking tools, unavailable through other providers. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. E-mail responses to jemal.williams@trade.Gov.
