AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to:
a. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received for this solicitation.
b. The PWS was updated to clarify the monthly, semiannual, and annual inspection/testing requirements and to further define contractor responsibilities for opening/closing equipment, Government-provided gaskets, limited cleaning, combustion adjustment/calibration, scheduling, deliverables, and invoicing. Revisions were made to PWS Sections 3.1, 3.2, 4, 5.1, 6, 9, and 12.
