Gateway Technical college maintains three main campuses and various smaller sites in Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth Counties. All sub vendors must be approved by Gateway Technical College. The awarded vendor will also furnish the corporate or company name and the names of the officers of any sub vendors engaged by the vendor.

Such additional or deleted coverage shall be furnished to the college by the vendor with such additional consideration as is necessary to make it legally enforceable. It is the intent of the college to enter into a lease store contract exclusively from the vendor. In the event of termination of operation of the college during the term of the contract, the college shall be permitted to cancel the contract effective on the closing date of the college.
