The Boone County Fiscal Court invites the submittal of pricing bids for the Boone County Watermain Expansion – Group 3.1 project for the Boone County Fiscal Court. Electronic submission of offers will be accepted through the Open Gov website until May 20, 2026, 2:00 p.m. ("local time"), for the Boone County Watermain Expansion – Group 3.1 project which consists of the installation of approximately 19,700 LF of 8" watermain and appurtenances, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Late submissions will not be accepted by Boone County. A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide said surety.
