The USDA Forest Service (FS), through its Procurement & Property Services division, plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for Vegetation Management services specifically focused on midstory reduction in the Cold Springs Ranger District of the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas for fiscal year 2026. This action is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures consistent with USDA policy, and the awarded call order will fall under an existing series of BPAs (12444223A0013-12444223A0017, 12444223A0019, 12444223A0021-12444223A0027) with seven currently approved incumbent companies eligible to receive orders. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 115310 and is limited to previously approved vendors under the Vegetation Management BPA series, so no new proposals or submissions are solicited from outside firms. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations related to this synopsis or any responses. The work will be performed in Waldron, Arkansas, and inquiries may be directed to the designated point of contact at the USDA FS office in Atlanta, Georgia. The synopsis provides notice of intent to award rather than a solicitation or request for proposal, with a response deadline noted but applicable only to the eligible BPA holders.
