Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) – BPM0228421. This NPP is issued pursuant to the PSPC Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) EN578-232335 /078/SMS2. Shared Services Canada has a requirement for the purchase of Red Hat Ansible.3. Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).4. There is no security associated with the requirement.5. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible tobid. Non-SA holders cannot be awarded a contract unless and until the Supply Arrangement Authority (SAA) has issued an SA to that supplier for the products and/or services contained in the bid. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA).
