Bradley Project Management Committee (BPMC) Legal Services IRFP

The Alaska Energy Authority is soliciting proposals for comprehensive legal services to support the Bradley Lake Project Management Committee (BPMC), which oversees the 120-megawatt Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project near Homer, Alaska. The selected attorney or law firm will provide counsel on governance, inter-utility coordination, regulatory compliance, and asset management, with a specific focus on RCA, FERC, and NEPA practices. Key responsibilities include attending BPMC meetings, drafting and negotiating contracts and policies, and assisting with public records requests. The contract is administered by the Alaska Energy Authority and is intended to be a fixed-price agreement, though cost-reimbursement may be considered.
