Full Description

Solicitation SPE300-18-R-X014 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers in Nebraska. Contract performance is expected to be from Sunday July 8, 2018 through Saturday July 4, 2020. The resultant award will be issued as an indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $250,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest aggregate price. The offer must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offerors takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award.
