Only Roofing MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page are eligible to submit proposals for Building 1860 Roof Repairs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, under solicitation N4008526R9060. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 238160, and award will be made to the lowest priced responsive offer, subject to compliance with the Buy American statute, where foreign material costs will be adjusted upward for evaluation and preference given to offers not requesting exceptions. The project requires systematic demolition and new roofing work per the New Work Roof Plan and Demolition Roof Plan, including addressing High and Low Roof Fastening Zones, with demolition conducted from top to bottom under an approved plan.
