Our vehicle operators do not have the capacity or time during their shifts to maintain the bus, inside and outside, to the high level of cleanliness that our riders have grown accustomed to. Furthermore, janitorial staff are focused on maintaining each facility's cleanliness inside and do not have the equipment required to maintain the facade of each building or its pathways as needed.
