Building Demolition - Circle V Property

The San Joaquin River Conservancy is initiating the demolition of all existing structures on the Circle V Property in Madera, California, to eliminate safety hazards posed by vacant and deteriorating buildings. The scope includes removal of two residential structures, a shed, a pool, a well, and septic tanks, with strict adherence to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials such as lead paint and asbestos found in flooring. All contaminated debris will be disposed of using approved methods to ensure environmental compliance and public safety. The project also requires obtaining necessary permits for the proper abandonment of the well and septic systems. All work will be conducted under the oversight of the Conservancy, with Jennifer Tucker serving as Project Director and Kari Daniska as Chief Executive Officer, ensuring accountability and regulatory alignment throughout the process.
