Building Systems, Maintenance, and On-Call Services

The New Mexico Association of Charter Schools Education Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive building systems, maintenance, and on-call services across its participating agencies. The solicitation covers a wide range of trades including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical services, with vendors able to respond for all, some, or just one of these scopes. Required services encompass preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, diagnostics, new installations, equipment replacements, facility upgrades, building automation integration, testing and balancing coordination, commissioning support, and compliance and warranty documentation. All work must meet the operational needs of charter school facilities and be performed in a timely, reliable manner with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline of August 14, 2026, and all services are to be performed throughout New Mexico.
