Bulk Oil and Fluids

The METRO Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids for the supply of bulk oil and fluids for a one-year performance period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The contract requires the vendor to provide high-quality materials and workmanship meeting industry standards, including specific adherence to Cummins and Motorcraft specifications. Deliverables include bulk delivery and 55-gallon drums, with the vendor responsible for the removal of all empty 55-gallon drums. Payment is issued via ACH following approval by the Metro Board of Trustees and receipt of funds from the FTA or State of Ohio, with no prepayments or finance charges permitted. All products must be approved by the Assistant Director of Maintenance, and any proposed substitutions require technical data submission at least 10 days prior to the bid opening.
