Chief of Joint Capabilities and Integration (CJCI) is a Level 2 organization which is responsible to align, cohere, and advance joint capabilities and interoperability on behalf of the Joint Forces Command (CJFC), including CAF Force Development activities related to digital transformation, operational sustainment modernization, health services, interoperability and the integration of joint capabilities. CJCI achieves its mandated tasks through governance, collaboration and analysis; and provides recommendations to Comd CJFC and through existing Defence Capability and Programme structures.
The CJCI requires a Senior Business Consultant to provide analysis, advice, and assistance in support of CJCI’s mandate to advance joint capability development and integration to enable defence modernization and deliver joint effects. Work involves advising CJCI directly, supporting the work of DJPI, DJR, DJMDR, DJCI, DJOSS and DJI, contributing to and facilitating pan-DND/CAF engagements on joint capability development initiatives and efforts, and assisting in the development of concepts and plans.
The contract period will be for One (1) 12-month period from the date of contract award with an option to extend it for up to (One) additional (12) month periods.
Please note: That Department of National Defence has already invited 15 suppliers to submit proposals in response to DJMDR-26-0085 However, Department of National Defence will extend this invitation to qualified Supply Arrangement holders however the bid close date will not be extended as a result.
