The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Gilmer, WV, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the provision of providing Instruction in Business Technology/Vocational Training to the inmate population at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Gilmer, located at 201 FCI Lane, Glenville, West Virginia. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in an award of a single contract that shall consist of a 12 month base period. The Government contemplates the award of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The successful contractor will conduct nine (9) classes per week, with each class consisting of three (3) one hour sessions. Sessions are expected to be conducted on weekdays, Monday through Friday. The contract will not exceed 30 hours of contract services per week. The exact hours will be mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the Contract Monitor after contract award.
