The Department of Defense's AFLCMC/WLN office will conduct a Virtual Industry Day on June 16, 2026, to discuss the Pre Milestone-B planning for the C-130H Formation Positioning System (FPS) replacement program. This event will be held virtually via Zoom and will begin with a general session from 8:30 to 9:30 AM EDT, followed by one-on-one vendor sessions between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the same day. These private 60-minute meetings will allow vendors to present their capabilities, provide feedback on the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), and discuss their approach for ensuring operational compatibility with the C-130J FPS, highlighting their relevant development and integration experience. Vendors will also have the opportunity to identify information needs from the Government and specify any requirements for Advance Procurement funding during the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) or Production and Deployment phases. Participation requires interested vendors to RSVP and request one-on-one sessions by June 8, 2026, by contacting Aaron Christy via email, with a limit of up to five attendees per vendor. Questions raised during one-on-one sessions will be documented, answered, and shared publicly on sam.gov, with proprietary information handled appropriately. Vendors are advised not to discuss classified information during the sessions. This engagement is a crucial opportunity for industry partners to engage directly with the government on this program's early development and influence its procurement strategy.
