AFLCMC/WLN will host a Virtual Industry Day to provide updates on Pre Milestone-B planning for the C-130H Formation Positioning System (FPS) replacement program. This event serves as a critical engagement point for the Government to receive industry feedback on the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), notice ID: FPS2026130H



Event Details:
Date: Tuesday, 16 June 2026
Time: 0830 – 0930 EDT, 60 minutes one-on-one sessions to follow
Format: Virtual, Microsoft Teams



The Government will host private 60-minute sessions to allow vendors to showcase their capabilities and provide feedback on the Draft RFP. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.



The one-on-one sessions, commencing at 10:00AM EDT and concluding by 5:00PM on 16 June, are the perfect platform for vendors to showcase their relevant experience. During these sessions, you will have approximately 20 minutes to present your proposed solutions. The Government is particularly interested in vendors’ approach to achieving operational compatibility with the C-130J FPS and their relevant experience with this level of development and integration. Vendors are also encouraged to identify any information required from the Government to accomplish this proposed effort. Additionally, the Government requests vendors to identify the need for Advance Procurement funding during the EMD or Production and Deployment phases.



All questions during one-on-one session will be documented, answered, and made formally available to all participants via sam.gov. If proprietary data is discussed, it will be handled appropriately. Please do not present or discuss classified information during these sessions.



Interested vendors must submit their RSVP and one-on-one session requests to Mr. Aaron Christy at aaron.christy@us.af.mil no later than 8 June 2026. Please identify the names and email addresses of vendor attendees. Please do not exceed five email addresses
