Project Number: 586-12-202 " Conduct Site Study of Underground Water/Sewer Infrastructure " Project Description The Contractor shall provide a full set of bid documents (Scope of Work, Drawings, Specification s and Cost Estimate) for project 586-12-202 for the Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, in Jackson, Mississippi all in accordance with the Scope of Work, Specifications, & Drawings herein. Work to be Performed The primary focus of the work is to provide an in-depth study of the facility's underground water and sewer utilities to provide complete investigation and upgrade recommendations for these site utilities at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center campus, Jackson, MS. The study will include, but not limited to, information gathering, site investigation, and system design. The evaluation shall note any deficiencies within the systems and provide recommendations for corrections. All work, including final cleanup and completion of all punch list items, shall be performed within three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
