Full Description

The Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, Division of Operations and Systems (The Department), is extending contract number C027853 with CSRA State and Local Solutions, LLC (CSRA) for the continued provision of NYSOH system integrator activities. This request extends the contract term for one (1) year from December 1st, 2024 through November 30, 2025 with one (1) optional one (1) year renewal. The One-year (1-year) extension will increase the contract value by $134,158,054.82 with the optional one (1) year renewal being in the amount of $141,886,601.30. The Department previously secured consulting resources to complete required planning activities and to develop a Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) strategy that meets all required Standards and Conditions. The Department awarded Contract PB031AA, a competitive Project Based Information Technology (PBITS) procurement, utilizing OGS Group 73600, Award 22772, Lot 2, to KPMG in August 2019. The MES Roadmap, to guide future procurements of the MES, was delivered as the result of contract PB031AA. The Department has made progress toward future procurement of this contract . The future NYSOH contract is currently being drafted and while this strategy is being executed, retaining CSRA as the current NYSOH system integrator ensures continuity of critical services until re-procurement is complete.
