The Contractor shall provide Construction and Demolition Debris Disposal and Recycling Services on an ¿as-needed basis¿ and will be compensated for services in accordance with the Service Rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and any other item of expense necessary to provide nonhazardous disposal and recycling services, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program (formerly the Inmate/Ward Labor Program), located at the Institutions/Facilities listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions and Contact Information.
