The Contractor is required to install approximately 6,000 square feet of synthetic turf at the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center in Marin County, California, under the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s Correctional Construction Mentorship Program. Performance must strictly comply with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A-1 and the plans in Exhibit A-2, adhering to Cal/OSHA regulations and industry standards set by the Synthetic Turf Council. All work must be completed in accordance with the Public Works Rate Sheet in Exhibit B-1, which serves as the basis for compensation and includes all labor, travel, per diem, materials, tools, insurance, permits, licenses, bonds, and incidental expenses.
