Preservation, packaging, and marking materials must also be free of mercury, as per IP056. Sampling for quality assurance must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances unless otherwise stated; critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. The supplier may elect attribute or variable inspection under MIL-STD-1916 unless restricted by contract terms. The contract incorporates technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List, and packaging follows DLA-specific guidelines. Cybersecurity compliance requires a CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment. Shipment must be made via the fastest traceable transport method, explicitly excluding parcel post, and must use the provided RDD 777 designation and transportation notes. The item has no shelf life requirement. All documentation and marking must align with DLA standards, and delivery is targeted for August 4, 2026, with the contracting office located within the Department of Defense under the ASC Supplier Oper OEM Division
