Offerors must submit proposals electronically by June 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST, with no hard copy submissions permitted. Proposals are to be divided into three distinct PDF volumes: an unsanitized technical volume containing full details including company branding, a sanitized version of the technical volume stripped of all proprietary and pricing information, and a separate pricing volume that includes a completed and signed SF 1449, a summary price sheet, and a cover sheet with the offeror’s UEI number, contact information, and project details. A sixth CLIN for system documentation is not separately priced. The system must meet precise performance specifications, including handling baggage weighing 1 to 150 pounds, operating under noise limits of 85 dB(A), and conforming to AF Drawing BRM1B5-01.
