Full Description

The award was a non-competitive award to FSI as the only source available for the required UC-35 training. The use of a flight simulator is required by the FAA to obtain flight training in conjunction with the approved training course curriculum. FSI is the only contractor who owns and operates both an FAA certified Level - C flight simulator for the UC-35C (Cessna Citation V ULTRA/CE-500-560) and an FAA certified Level - D UC-35D (ENCORE/CE-500-560) flight simulator. Thus, training on both FAA certified UC-35C and UC35D flight simulators is a unique service available from only FSI. Refer to JA# 20-0230 for details.
