Full Description

Army Reserve Contracting Center, Western Region, Presidio of Monterey Division anticipates a sole source acquisition to Unique Communications Solutions, 1665 W Horizon Ridge PKWY, Henderson, NV 89012-3494 for software upgrade kits for CAIRS software (C32-KC001), U-CALL-32 software (UKUW001), Automatic Switch Interface software (C32-UKASI), and Web Work Order Interface Software (UKWOIC). This maintenance subscription is for continuation of software upgrades and technical maintenance of existing software. The acquisition will be for a Base subscription year and Four option subscription years. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one, or limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Note 22). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
