Caissons construction for chancery consular shelter

The U.S. Embassy in Brazzaville is seeking a contractor to construct seven concrete caissons, each measuring approximately 2 feet by 2 feet by 4 feet, to serve as foundational supports for a cantilevered covered area within the embassy compound. The work encompasses all aspects of concrete caisson installation including layout, excavation, sub-base preparation using at least 15 centimeters of compacted gravel, placement of 3/8 inch rebar in accordance with engineered drawings, concrete pouring, curing, protection, and site clean-up. All work must comply with U.S. Government design and safety standards as well as applicable local building codes, with any conflicts requiring prior written direction from the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s Representative.
