The scope of work focuses on the vessel's messing, berthing, stateroom, and sanitary spaces at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Fish and Wildlife Department is seeking a factory-certified marine contractor to perform a complete propulsion repower and helm system integration for a 30 foot Munson Packman landing craft. The project involves a six-phase process including the decommissioning and removal of two existing Honda BF250A outboard engines, a structural assessment of the transom, and the installation of two new Honda BF250D Drive-by-Wire outboards. Key technical requirements include the installation of new-generation Honda iST electronic control heads at primary and secondary helm stations, integration with the existing NMEA 2000 backbone and SeaStar PA1315-2 Power Assist Steering system, and a comprehensive fuel system upgrade using USCG Type A1-15 lines.
